This refurbishment project unifies two building, Victorian house and its adjacent barn with new extension linking building with simple modern design. The country living style retained but influence with modern way of living, create wonderful interior fusion. New building construction consists of open plan kitchen and dining area that has direct connection to swimming pool and simple landscape beyond. Simple box-like linking building also as guest accommodation. Original materials such as stone walls and original elm trusses retained and exposed create unique family home.
