The shell of this modern house architecture is in precast concrete. Precast concrete wrapped by artistic rough bricks. The roof is flat tiles. Bricks and roof earth tone color contrast with gloss Trespa panels for entrance and whiteness interior design.
This modern single-family house has two level floors, with attic space addition for workspace and storage. First level consists of social area: living-kitchen-dining. Second level consists of private area: bedrooms and bathroom. Takeaway idea is its stairs and second floor corridor. The staircase of this modern house architecture interior-plan in first floor perfectly hidden behind kitchen. A corridor in second floor has unique corner area with skylight above it.
