Formed in simple three-story with cedar exterior as wall wrapping and rainscreen, this modern summer house has steel columns structure and has sustainable house system, collect rainwater as irrigation and has supplemental electricity power. The third floor, one loft-like space, consists of kitchen, dining and living space that designed as open plan. From the living room, folding doors become a connection with sheltered outdoor terrace and balcony. The third floor interior finished in white color, contrasting with wooden flooring and furnishing. Private are, sleeping and bathing zones placed in second floor. The bathrooms interior designed in simple and elegant way, decorate with patterned tiles order. Beside garage and entry area, the ground floor has covered opening exterior space, open from front to backyard that use as gathering space. Designed by Heliotrope Architects.
