Intended to be summer house, this modern two story house designed with open plan architecture with steel wooden structure. The interior has double height with exposed wood rafters, while second floor space formed in cube supported simply by its open floor joists. Ground floor interior become spacious, yet exposed with large glass windows to terrrace deck and swimming pool containing living area and dining space. The modern kitchen separated from dining with a taut theatrical scrim. Pivoting panels in the bedrooms offer framed views through the house and to the outdoors. The two upstairs bathrooms share an oversized, skylit shower which is accessed from each bathroom by large doors of acid etched glass. Designed by Roger Hirsch Architects.
