This modern house is a renovation result from Victorian style house. From the façade, an original Victorian façade cladding with a copper-concertina clad perched over a receding glazed wall beneath. Built on small site, this modern small house style renovation maximize the outdoor indoor by the innovative indoor/outdoor fireplace. By setting the ground floor line back beneath the copper element above, outdoor space and correct ESD sun shading principles have been maximized.
