This is project to convert old printing plant become livable house with the minimum investment possible and recycle as many elements of both the structure and the original furnishings. By removing multiple layers of plaster and cement, true characteristic of building came out, and finished with transparent coating that protects against moisture and dirt. The result is a unique open space that had a very industrial look with exposed original elements. Four new glass skylights on the floor built to illuminate the basement below.
Radial Pattern Interior Design
The interior design created in radial pattern style with center hall as living room completed with two sofas, armchairs and television module. Around the living area, another activities area created; the works area, kitchen, the books and so on.
The bedroom also configure in radial interior pattern with large cabinet which has been arranged as a longitudinal station that covers the whole wall and gives greater depth and placement in space. The open bathroom next to bedroom has creative appliances configuration. Shower cabin, sink, bathtub and others showed as separate pieces.
