This sloping site house has three-level floors. From street entrance level you will go to first level floor; mezzanine area. Below the mezzanine is sunken area, consist open-plan double-height dining-kitchen-living area, workspace area, outdoor backyard garden, and outdoor courtyard garden. So the sunken area is below street level terrace garden.
