Because of the cold climate of this house’s site area, wide open structure style of house can not be built. With that limitation, creative idea to create imaginary outdoor inside the house came out. An imaginary outdoor created by built height ceiling and create a series of pitched roof on rooms’ wooden structures. Central areas that consider as outdoor space inside the house are living-kitchen area, and of course the pitched roof on rooms; bedrooms, library, bathrooms, storage. The guest room placed on garage, become perfect place to view the “outdoor landscape” scenery of interweaving space. The pitched roof in the house also can be a mezzanine area. The interior design dominated with raw wooden wall, combine with white color, and create elegant minimalist interior. Roof windows of envelope give access to view actual outdoor.
